Every sculpt begins as a raw clay original, sculpted over hundreds of hours studying anatomical ultrasound archives, newborn dermatological textures, and infant facial expressions.
Our Master Artisanal Process
Each baby requires 8 to 12 weeks of meticulous studio craftsmanship.
Platinum Pouring
Medical-grade Smooth-On EcoFlex platinum silicone is vacuum-degassed and gravity-cast seamlessly to eliminate air pockets.
Subcutaneous Detailing
More than 25 translucent silicone pigment glazes build lifelike depth: blue veins, capillary blushing, milk spots, and nail tips.
Directional Rooting
Finest baby alpaca or English mohair is micro-rooted 1 to 2 strands per follicle in natural baby crown swirl directions.
Anatomical Weighting
Head, limbs, and torso are proportioned with micro glass beads so that when picked up, the head naturally wobbles and seeks your shoulder.
